The scope of Georgia Freedom’s independent assistance and the decisions that remain with clients and third parties.
1. No Financial or Legal Advice
Georgia Freedom provides independent administrative consulting and business assistance. We are not a bank, financial institution, tax adviser or law firm. We do not provide asset management, investment advice or regulated financial services.
Information on this website about banking, Georgian tax matters, including small-business status, or double taxation agreements is for general information only. It is not individual legal, tax, investment or financial advice. Consult appropriately qualified advisers in the relevant jurisdictions before making decisions about your own circumstances.
2. Bank Account Opening Service
We assist with administrative and organisational steps in a bank account application. Depending on the case, this may include appointment coordination, document preparation and communication with notaries or local partners.
We do not guarantee that a bank will open an account. The relevant bank alone decides whether to accept an application, set limits or activate an account, following its own policies, compliance checks and risk assessment.
3. Tax Law Compliance (CRS & FATCA)
Clients are responsible for understanding and meeting the tax and reporting obligations that apply to them, including obligations connected with the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and local law where relevant.
Our administrative assistance is not intended to circumvent tax laws or conceal assets from tax authorities. Using our services does not replace independent tax advice or remove any applicable obligation to report income, assets or accounts.
4. Real Estate & Market Information
Information about Georgian property markets is general information, not an investment recommendation, independent valuation or financial analysis. We may help coordinate a property search, viewings or introductions to local parties where appropriate.
Any purchase or rental agreement is made directly between the client and the relevant seller, owner or agent. Clients should obtain appropriate independent legal and technical advice and carry out their own due diligence before committing to a transaction.
5. Handling of Client Funds
Georgia Freedom does not accept deposits, hold or manage client funds, or make transfers or payments on behalf of clients. Payments to Georgia Freedom are for agreed assistance services only.
