Information you provide

When you submit a consultation request, we receive your name, email address, phone number, country, service of interest, preferred contact method and message. If you arrive through a service or route link, your chosen route may also be included in the request. Please do not submit passports, passwords, banking credentials or other sensitive documents through the website form.

Why we use it

We use this information to review your enquiry, take steps you request towards a possible service arrangement, respond to you and keep a record of the communication. We do not use the form to pre-approve a bank account. We process enquiries at your request and, where applicable, to maintain reasonable business records; we rely on your consent to contact you about your request where required.

Storage, notifications and sharing

Requests are stored with our website hosting provider, Cloudflare, and may be sent through our email delivery provider, Resend, to notify us of your enquiry. These providers process data to provide their services and may process it outside your country. We do not sell consultation information. We only share your information with a bank or independent professional when the proposed connection is discussed with you or requested by you.

Retention and security

We keep enquiries while handling your request and for as long as reasonably needed to document the communication or meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure; please keep sensitive identity and banking documents out of this form.

Your choices and requests
