Terms of Service
General terms for using the Georgia Freedom website and requesting assistance.
Last updated: 27 September 2026
Website information
The website provides general information about Georgia Freedom’s independent assistance and about banking, business and property topics in Georgia. Information is not a substitute for legal, tax, investment, financial or other professional advice.
Our role and service scope
Georgia Freedom provides independent administrative assistance and is not an official partner or representative of SOLO or Bank of Georgia. For personal banking our assistance can include an initial case review, guidance on documentation and KYC information, and the agreed in-person or remote application route. The bank alone provides accounts and decides on applications. We confirm whether we can accept your case and set out the service scope in writing before you pay a service fee.
Independent decisions
Banks, authorities, property sellers, legal professionals and other institutions make their own decisions. No information on this website creates a guarantee of account approval, property purchase, tax treatment, investment return or other outcome.
Assistance fees and other charges
Our stated personal banking assistance fees are €895 for the Visit Georgia route and €695 for the Remote Opening route. Online notarisation and apostille for the remote route are an additional third-party cost of approximately €150, depending on the documents and provider. The bank charges its own account, card and transaction fees separately; its annual package fee is currently stated as 800 GEL. Bank fees are paid to the bank, not to Georgia Freedom. Any other applicable third-party charges and the precise service scope are explained in your written proposal before payment.
If an accepted case does not result in an account
If we accept your case and it does not result in an account being opened, we refund the Georgia Freedom service fee paid in full. Bank fees and amounts paid to notaries, couriers or other third parties are not part of our service fee. We explain the applicable payment and refund arrangements in the written service terms provided before payment.
Client information
The bank may require accurate identity, activity and source-of-funds information for its own checks. Please provide complete and truthful information and respond to any requests relevant to your application. Do not send passports, banking credentials or other sensitive documents through the public consultation form; appropriate document arrangements can be discussed separately.
Consultation requests
Submitting a form does not create an obligation for Georgia Freedom or any third party to provide a service or accept an application. We may contact you using the details you provide to understand your request. See our Privacy Policy for information about the handling of these details.
